TaskFlow

Terms of Service

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms apply when you use the TaskFlow mobile app and related services ("TaskFlow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using TaskFlow you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who can use TaskFlow

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, and able to form a binding contract. If you use TaskFlow for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. Give accurate information and tell us promptly if you think your account was accessed without permission.

3. Workspaces and organizations

TaskFlow data belongs to a workspace: either a personal workspace with one member, or an organization with several. Organization administrators decide who joins, which roles people hold, and can see the tasks of their organization. If you join an organization, its administrators can see the tasks, comments and activity you add there. You can leave or be removed from an organization at any time by its administrators.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the tasks, comments, files and other content you add ("Your Content"). You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run TaskFlow for you and your workspace. You are responsible for Your Content and must have the right to add it.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use TaskFlow to break the law, upload harmful or infringing material, try to access other users' or organizations' data, interfere with or overload the service, reverse engineer it, or send spam or abusive messages through it. We may suspend accounts that do this.

6. Free and paid plans

TaskFlow has a free plan with limits, and paid plans (Personal Pro, Team and Business) that raise those limits. Current limits and prices are shown in the app on the Plan & billing screen. Prices are shown in your local currency by the store and may include taxes.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep TaskFlow available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give notice in the app or by email.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using TaskFlow at any time. You can ask us to delete your account by emailing us (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if the law requires. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability) continue after that.

9. Disclaimers

TaskFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not give warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important information.

10. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or loss of data, profit or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to TaskFlow is limited to the amount you paid us through the store for TaskFlow in the 12 months before the claim (or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you have in your place of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use TaskFlow after a change means you accept it.
